I consistently purchase this product to support my immune system and it includes 13 vitamins and herbs. The effervescent tablets dissolve in water, creating a tasty yellow drink. They are particularly useful at the first sign of a cold. Whenever I feel a tickle in my throat or a headache, I prepare a drink. It typically provides relief. The product is suitable for adults and children over 12 years. I appreciate the option of varying flavours, and I've opted for a larger package this time.
